The Department of catering equipment of the HKI (industrial association of House, Heating and Kitchen Technology) is organizing a forum on professional kitchens in cooperation with the federal state museum Stuttgart on 15 December 2016 in the International Congresscenter Stuttgart.
P-Rob is being exhibited at the forum in the VIP-Lounge. It is performing some applications showing how P-Rob could enter into professional kitchens of tomorrow.
The forum aims to show the opportunities and the implementation of the integration of systems and technology in kitchen 4.0. To give an example, food starts to individually control the production process itself using defined standards such as temperature, time, resources, and HACCP-guidelines. In addition to the enhanced process security using digital Networks, the relief of the employees is also an aspect to point out concerning developments in professional kitchens.
