The future prospects for engagements in care for our Lio are positive. According to a survey conducted by the opinion research company Demoscope see more than half of the Swiss respondents the use of care robots as an opportunity.
The Newspaper “Tagesanzeiger” is one of the most famous ones in Switzerland. They mentioned F&P Robotics as a promising Startup in robotics.
The ZDF television channel broadcast a report on this year’s Altenpflege exhibition in Nuremberg. The robots Lio, Guido and Massimo attracted a lot of attention, which is why ZDF asked us if they could make some film shots of the robots and broadcast them.
The SRF news show 10vor10 broadcast a report about the use case of Lio in care centres.
Radio 24 recorded a radio series entitled “Tabuthema Alter”. In the radio series they regularly broadcast documentaries on the subject of “Age”. In this context, Radio 24 was also interested in care robots and asked F&P for an interview.
In several German radio stations a documentary by ARD about digitization in elderly care will be broadcasted.
Oliver Bendel, Professor of Business Informatics at the FHNW, gave an interview to the magazine “Netzwoche” on the topic “Collaborative Robots”. In the interview he discusses the necessity and the possibilities of using collaborative robots.
